Jingcai Printing is a paper packaging manufacturer in Bao'an, Shenzhen. We produce premium colour boxes for small home appliances, rigid gift and presentation boxes, and multi-language manuals for brands selling into international markets.

Speedmaster CD 102-4, CX 104-4, CX 75-4 and SM 52-4 run in production. The CD 102 takes sheets up to 720 x 1020 mm at up to 18,000 sheets per hour with automatic plate change.
Stock from 0.3 to 1.0 mm, paperboard and rigid board. Finishing covers hot foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, lamination, die-cutting and automatic box gluing.
Colour is held against Pantone reference cards and checked with a density meter. Finishing and print quality are verified with an X-Rite colorimeter, an NH310 spectrophotometer, an ink rub tester and an ink absorbency tester. Our management systems for quality, environment and occupational health and safety are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Materials and finishing
Material and finishing choices determine how a pack performs in transit and how it reads on a shelf. We run both in-house, so they are decided together rather than passed between suppliers.
