Packaging built around small home appliances
Kettles, blenders, humidifiers, fans, heaters and kitchen tools each place different demands on a box. We produce these packs in-house, so structure, board and finishing are decided together rather than passed between suppliers.
What you can specify
Structure: folding carton, rigid board box or drawer-style box, chosen to suit the weight and shape of the product.
Board: paperboard and rigid board grades.
Printing: Heidelberg offset.
Finishing: hot foil stamping, embossing, spot UV and lamination.
Inserts: inner trays and protective inserts to hold the product and any accessories.
Documentation: multi-language manuals and quick guides can be packed with the product.
Our production capability
Prepress, offset printing and postpress finishing run in-house. Four-colour work runs on Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-4 and CX 75-4 presses; the CD 102 takes sheets up to 720 x 1020 mm, with stock from 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
Monthly capacity is 300,000 to 500,000 colour boxes. Colour is held against Pantone reference cards and checked with a density meter through the run, and verified on the finished article with an X-Rite colorimeter and an NH310 spectrophotometer.
